首长和同志们：
　　正值“十一”、中秋双节刚刚结束之际，我们又即将迎来年终军事训练考核。在年度军事训练考核准备工作进入攻坚之际，我们装备处人员个个摩拳擦掌、拭目以待。在此，我代表装备处全体人员表决心如下：
　　一、端正态度、提高认识。
　　此次年终军事训练考核关系我团的荣誉命运，关系全团官兵的切身利益。因此，我们要认真对待、精心准备，以时不我待的紧迫感来迎接考核；利用一切可以利用的时间强化体能、提高技能，以最高的标准完成这次考核任务。
　　二、严格要求、刻苦训练。
　　我们将利用仅剩的二十天的时间，按照考核标准从难从严要求自己。我们会把每一次训练当作考核；我们要严格落实训练计划，认真参加授课辅导；我们要以严格的标准要求自己，以高昂的热情参加训练，以全身心的投入来迎接考核！
　　三、团结互助、共克难关。
　　我们xx处全体人员将结成“一帮一”团结互助对子，以强带弱，共同提高。利用点滴时间固强补弱，背好理论，学好技能，练好体能，互相检查督促，做好迎考准备，力争在所有参考科目上全部达标。
　　四、科学训练、确保安全。
　　在迎考训练中，我们要坚持科学组训的原则，用科学的方法组织训练，以达到事半功倍的效果；同时在训练过程中我们要抱着对团队负责、对全处人员负责的态度，在保证训练效果和成绩的基础上，确保人员思想稳定，身体安全，没有训练伤。
　　首长和同志们，时间已经不多，考核的号角已经吹响，我们xx处全体人员将始终如一的以严谨的工作作风，昂扬的精神状态，饱满的工作热情迎接考核，我们有信心考出好的成绩！请首长和同志们看我们的行动吧！我们的口号是：人人过关，项项合格！
