各旅行社、各涉旅宾馆、饭店：
　　春节已经来临，返乡过春节人员络绎不绝；来XX旅游度假过春节的外籍游客也日益增多。为打造XX更美的旅游环境和良好的市场秩序，现就春节期间稳定我县旅游市场物价及维护旅游市场秩序作如下通知：
　　一、我县所有涉旅宾馆、饭店，在春节期间一律按照物价部门所公示的价格对外经营，不得乱涨价、乱收费；
　　二、实行明码标价，做到童叟无欺，价格公平合理；
　　三、请各旅行社、涉旅宾馆、饭店及企业严格按通知精神，做好春节期间广大游客及返乡人士的接待服务工作，为打造XX良好形象贡献一份应尽的力量。
　　对不按规定守法经营者，乱涨价、乱收费者或实行价格欺诈的，一经发现或被举报查实，将按照相关法律法规严肃查处，绝不姑息。并将其不诚信行为纳入“不诚信”名单对社会公布。希望广大涉旅企业或个体经营户切实遵照执行。
