各位亲友、各位来宾：
　　今天，我们怀着沉痛的心情，深切悼念老干部及画家***同志。
　　***同志因病医治无效，于2015年*月*日*时*分与世长辞，享年*岁。
　　***同志**年*月出生于上海市，籍贯浙江**。19**年*月加入中国国民党革命委员会，为政协第*、第*届**市委员会副主席。19**年*月毕业于国家建工部西北干校。19**年*月，任**五建公司（延安）技术员。19**年*月在**县中小学工作。19**年*月，任**印刷厂科长。19**年*月任**民革专职干部、副主委。19**年*月起任**人民政府副市（县）长，兼市（县）民革副主委、主委。19**年*月至19**年*月任政协第*、第*届**市委员会副主席，兼市民革主委、侨联名誉主席。
　　***同志既是一位学术型的领导干部，更是一位著名的山水画家，生前为浙江省美术家协会会员。他一生寄情山水，潜心挥毫，努力把自己的艺术思想付诸笔墨。他以画为媒，广泛交流，积极使艺术成为联络各界友谊的桥梁，为弘扬祖国传统文化、宣传家乡美好形象作出了重要贡献，被美誉为“市长画家”。他一生作品丰富，《家乡风光》系列画作是为代表之作。他的画博采众长，自成一格，兼具古风新意，许多佳作被海内外著名人士所收藏，曾获得中国社科院现代文化学会“世界铜奖艺术家”称号和“国际文化交流荣誉奖”等多种奖项。
　　***同志一生热爱祖国，热爱事业，热爱家庭。在政治上，他立场坚定，是非分明；在事业上，他敬业守责，善作敢当；在家庭上，他言传身教，幸福和美。他是我们的楷模，永远值得我们怀念。
　　***同志的逝世，使我们失去了一位好同志。今天，市委、市人大、市政府、市政协有关领导和***同志生前的亲朋好友，在这里沉痛悼念***同志，一起缅怀学习他那种勤勤恳恳、忘我工作的奉献精神，那种勤政廉洁、艰苦朴素的优良作风，那种为人正派、襟怀坦荡的高尚品德，我们要化悲痛为力量，立足岗位，勤奋工作，用实际行动为我市经济社会建设贡献自己的力量，以告慰***同志的在天之灵。
