　　今天是一个值得载入**市金融业发展史册的日子，上海浦东发展银行**市分行隆重开业了，正式成为了**市金融业一位新成员。受**书记、**市长委托，我代表**市委、市政府向浦发银行**市分行的开业表示热烈的祝贺！向专程出席庆典仪式的各位领导和来宾表示诚挚的欢迎！
　　金融是经济发展的命脉。市委、市政府高度重视金融业发展，大力实施“引银入*”战略，**市金融实力不断壮大，浦发银行是继兴业、广发银行落户**市的又一家全国性股份制商业银行，资产超过*万亿元，实力雄厚、业绩优良，是亚洲盈利能力最强的银行之一，特别是浦发银行省行作为整个**地区的一级分行，以振兴东北老工业基地为契机，发挥政府资源和授信效率两项核心优势，实现了质量、规模和效益的协调发展，资产达到***亿元，“浦发创富”、“轻松理财”等金融产品在国内具有较强的影响力。这次在**市设立分行，是浦发银行省行决策层科学分析经济形势和产业发展格局做出的正确选择，必将对我市扩大融资渠道、改善金融环境、破解资金瓶颈产生积极的推动作用。
