　　xx市“巨型稻”生态立体种养基地是xx市xx镇2018年能人回乡重点项目，该项目引进了中科院亚热带农业生态研究所xxx博士的“巨型稻-青蛙-泥鳅-鱼共生”技术，是鄂东地区首家“巨型稻”生态立体种养基地。
　　该基地位于xx市xx镇步塘村，由毕业于北京人文大学回乡创业的的吴xx父子创立。目前基地已投入60万元，流转土地300亩，建立了以“巨型稻”种植为中心，青蛙、泥鳅、鲢鱼放养为一体的自然与人为干预相结合的可持续种养稻田复合生态系统，亩产水稻500公斤，养殖青蛙1500公斤、泥鳅500公斤，培育鲢鱼250公斤，食用、药用价值极高，综合经济效益高达6万元以上。基地目前吸收带动了15个精准扶贫户，帮助30余名困难群众提高了经济收入，下一步将继续扩大种养规模，将有意加盟的xx村、xx村近百名农户的3000亩土地进一步流转改造，成立产业示范园区，同时积极拓展生态产品的开发与应用，进一步开拓市场。
　　该基地在成长与发展过程中坚持干中求助，得到了xx市委市政府、财政局、科技局、水产局、农机局及xx镇党委政府的大力支持，是政府引导支持、市场主体自主发展的样板项目。企业负责人之一的xx是村里的老党员、“老手艺人”，一心想为村里老百姓做些实事，带领乡亲增收致富，针对农村青壮年外出务工、农田闲置及农村土地开发不充分、管理不便的现状，秉承“互惠互利、互助合作”的原则，创办金秋农技服务专业合作社，之后抓住能人回乡和土地流转的优惠政策，利用自己从事机械工程的硬件和资源优势，分两批次流转到农户高低不平的土地300亩进行农田平整化改造，按照“平等自愿、合规合法”的流转方法，与每个农户签订流转开发合同，并报相关部门备案。xx劝回在北京创业的高材生儿子吴xx回乡共同创业，父子二人在市、镇及相关部门的支持下，多次到湖南xxx博士“巨型稻”立体种养基地取经学习，挑选已流转的精品地块培育出了“巨型稻”生态种养基地。
