　　为了加快xxxxx农业产业结构调整步伐，早日脱贫，对发生枣疯病的枣树进行置换花椒栽植，先行进行试验引领带头，甲方与乙方在公平均自愿的前提下，签定以下协议：
　　一、甲方提供花椒树苗、技术培训、地块规划及其它相关需求。
　　二、乙方负责地块的确定，原则上选取较为集中（10亩左右）、交通方便的地块，并留存原枣树地的影相资料。
　　三、花椒树苗的栽植按甲方统一标准栽植，乙方自已出工栽植，甲方按工付款，乙方无劳动能力的由甲方统一栽植，做好浇水、防冻等措施。
　　四、甲方负责花椒树的技术管理和培训事项。
　　五、乙方负责花椒树成活后的田间日常管理，确保早日见效。
　　因个户不管理（撂荒）等原因导致树苗死亡的，甲方不负任何责任。
　　六、此协议一叁份，甲乙双方，村委各一份，自双方签字之日起生效。
