　　今天，我们在这里与市老年大学戏曲班共同举办联欢会，纪念“三八”国际劳动妇女节109周年，在此，我代表市水利局向全市水利系统妇女同志致以节日的祝贺！向水利行业的巾帼建设者和市老年大学的阿姨们表示诚挚的敬意！祝你们节日快乐、身体健康、工作顺利、家庭幸福！
　　这次联欢会我们得到了市老年大学戏曲班的大力支持，提供了多个精彩的节目，老前辈们精神饱满、多才多艺，展现了新时期老年人的风采，我们也要向老前辈们学习，向老前辈们致敬。
　　过去的一年，全市水利系统的妇女同志们在各自工作岗位上，爱岗敬业、艰苦奋斗、开拓进取，顶起了水利的“半边天”，以实际行动展现了巾帼不让须眉的风采。局妇委会很好地发挥了桥梁和纽带作用，团结凝聚了妇女同胞们的智慧和力量服务全市水利发展大局，被评为全市“2018年度妇联系统先进市直单位妇委会”，希望局妇委会再接再厉，更好地团结服务好妇女同胞，局党委将一如既往给予全方位支持。
　　新的一年，面临新的机遇和挑战，需要包括妇女同志在内的全市水利系统干部职工坚定信心、团结奋斗、开拓创新，希望女同志们坚定理想信念、发扬巾帼精神、加强自身建设，更好地投入水利、服务水利，为我市水利改革发展贡献“半边天”力量。
