各位领导，同志们，朋友们：
　　大家上午好！
　　在第48个环境日到来之际，xx市生态环境局xx县分局联合县委宣传部、县自然资源局在这里隆重举行“美丽中国我是行动者—美丽家园，我们是守护者”纪念“六·五”环境日暨宣传月启动仪式，旨在进行广泛社会动员，积极参与生态环境事务，同心同德打好污染防治攻坚战，让绿水青山就是金山银山的理念深入人心。
　　近年来，按照全市“一核、一圈、一带”城市核心区发展战略，我县围绕打造“宜居宜业宜游”伊金霍洛，深入实施生态立县战略，着力夯实生态环境保护责任，解决突出环境问题，以打好污染防治攻坚战为契机，全面开展了大气、水、土壤污染防治工作。经过全县上下共同努力，乌兰木伦河、㹀牛川流域水质持续改善，全县所有水源地23项地下水水质指标全部达标，空气优良率稳定在85%以上，“监测、监控、执法”三位一体的标准化建设得到进一步加强。可以说，我县的环境总体上较过去有了明显改善，环境质量得到了质的提升，污染防治攻坚战首战告捷。
　　今年是新中国成立70周年，是打好污染防治攻坚战关键一年，也是机构改革、组建生态环境机构运转的第一年。当前，我县已进入转型发展的关键时期，生态环境保护面临的形势十分严峻，打赢污染防治攻坚战时间紧、任务重、难度大，我们要从维护广大人民群众切身利益的高度，深入践行习近平生态文明思想，坚守环境质量底线，凝心聚力，坚决打好污染防治攻坚战，推动全县生态环境保护工作和生态文明建设向纵深迈进。
　　同志们，朋友们，拥有蓝天碧水是我们共同的心愿，建设美丽家园是我们共同的目标，生态环境工作不仅需要政府部门加强监管、企业严格落实主体责任，更离不开广大市民朋友的关注、参与与支持。让我们以实际行动践行绿色理念，厚植绿色根基，营造绿色风尚，让美丽xxx的绿色底色越来越光彩靓丽！
