尊敬的各位领导：
    刚才，会议通报了我局在扫黑除恶专项斗争中存在的问题，通过反思，我们认识到尽管客观上恰逢机构改革单位合并，存在各项工作整合磨合的特殊情况，但是主要还是主观上对扫黑除恶的重要性认识不够、工作力度不够大、宣传氛围不浓厚、工作责任心和使命感还有所欠缺。我们一定照单全收会议通报的问题，认真对待。会后，我们将迅速召开专题会议，传达学习本次会议精神，特别是陆区长指示精神，认真制订整改方案，全力抓好问题整改。今后，我们决心做到以下三点：
    一是坚决做到认识到位。开展扫黑除恶专项斗争，是以习近平同志为核心的党中央做出的重大决策，事关社会大局稳定和国家长治久安，事关人心向背和基层政权巩固。我们一定站在维护核心、维护权威的政治高度，进一步提高政治站位，强化“四个意识”，坚决贯彻党中央决策部署。
    二是坚决做到措施到位。我们一定把扫黑除恶专项斗争，作为当前和今后我局工作的重中之重，变压力为动力、变被动为主动，深入村屯加大宣传力度；聚焦矿产资源开发等重点领域，加大闲置土地、违法用地、林业管理、规划管理方面涉黑涉恶线索的摸排；强化行业监管，加强信息沟通，积极配合政法机关办案，深挖黑恶势力背后“保护伞”和“关系网”。
    三是坚决做到落实到位。扫黑除恶专项斗争，既是党和人民交给我们的光荣使命，更是我们党员干部的职责所在。我们一定强化责任担当，发扬“钉钉子”精神，做到问题整改不到位绝不放过、线索不查清楚绝不放过，坚决打赢扫黑除恶这场硬仗。
