　　为认真贯彻落实国家档案局和省、市关于确保档案安全的工作要求，切实落实县委办公室关于做好档案安全风险隐患排查整治工作的要求，为庆祝新中国成立70周年营造良好环境。我单位对档案安全风险隐患进行排查，现将情况汇报如下:
　　一、基本情况
　　我单位档案室位于办公楼五楼，有相应的防潮处理；库房内配备空调、监控，配电线穿金属管保护，且绝缘层无老化、龟裂、碳化现象；窗户外有防盗窗等安全防范措施；档案登记台账和统计报表完整准确，账物相符；2017、2018年开展过档案清查盘点工作；档案全部上架保管，排列有序、索引清晰；档案移交手续、接收手续完备，档案目录与数量相符；利用审批手续完备；档案装具满足档案保管要求，各种载体存放状况符合相应的保管要求；我单位信息科技部有专人负责档案信息安全；已组建档案安全工作领导小组。
　　二、存在问题
　　（一）库房安全方面。
　　1、库房外围护结构无采取保温、隔热和防潮等措施。
　　2、库房未做到四分开，仅有办公用房和库房。
　　3、无磁性载体档案，无防磁柜。
　　4、库房为木门。
　　5、库房设置的火灾自动报警系统及应急广播失效。
　　6、档案室内尚未配备灭火系统。
　　（二）安全保障机制方面。
　　1、未定期检查档案安全工作责任制落实情况。
　　2、未建立安全工作制度。
　　3、未建立安全应急预案，未开展安全检查与安全隐患排查、处置工作。
　　三、下步整改
