　　为加强扫黑除恶专项斗争保密工作，根据相关规定。本人将严格履行下列保密义务和责任：
　　一、本人对因工作需要所掌握的案件、线索负有保密责任，严格遵守国家保密法律、法规、规章和上级扫黑除恶工作相关制度，不擅自扩大知悉范围。
　　二、严格按照保密规定使用和管理计算机、传真机、手机及其它通讯和办公自动化设备。严格遵守涉密文件、举报线索、案件材料，在制作、收发与传递、使用、复制、保存、销毁等方面的保密规章制度。
　　三、不擅自携带无关人员进入高新区扫黑办等涉密区域，严格对涉密文件、案件材料、举报线索的保密管理。
　　四、不在私人交往、私人通信中涉及案件、线索的内容。不在公共场所谈论案件、线索的内容。不在无保密保障的电话、传真、计算机上传递、传输涉密文件、举报线索。
　　五、自己发生泄密事故时，立即采取补救措施及时向高新区扫黑除恶专项斗争领导小组报告，不隐瞒；发现他人违反保密规定或泄露有关秘密时，立即予以制止，并及时报高新区扫黑除恶专项斗争领导小组。
　　六、自觉接受保密教育和保密监督检查。
　　七、本人主管或分管的条线摸排的线索保证全面彻底、保证真实性，如包庇、纵容黑恶势力或恶意举报、诬告陷害他人的，以及对举报人进行报复的，自愿接受法律的惩处。
　　八、若违反本规定，愿承担相应责任。本《保密责任书》未尽事宜按国家有关法律法规执行。
　　本保密责任书一式两份，高新区党工委、管理委员会和责任人各存一份。
