　　今年以来,天干雨少,农田缺水严重。针对旱情，**镇全员发动、强化措施抗旱保苗。
　　一是加强领导，完善制度。严格落实“一岗双责”责任制，建立健全抗旱工作目标责任制，成立了以镇长为组长，以农、水、财政、工作区、各村负责人为成员的抗旱指挥领导小组，加强全镇抗旱保苗指挥工作。
　　二是深入宣传，营造氛围。为广泛宣传抗旱保苗、春灌技术，印制下发了抗旱保苗明白纸，镇分管领导亲赴一线抓抗旱，包村干部逐门逐户搞宣传，村“两委”成员齐心协力想办法，技术人员田间地头拿方案，在全社会营造了抗大旱、抗久旱的舆论氛围。
　　三是分类指导，搞好服务。从农、水等相关站所抽调精干力量，组成抗旱技术指导小组，靠上指导农民抗旱保苗工作，全力帮助群众解决抗旱难题，为各项抗旱保苗措施的落实提供技术支撑。有水浇条件的，组织人力、物力适当浇水、划锄保墒；没有水浇条件的，镇压划锄、保墒持水。
　　四是加强监管，保障物资。从农业、市场监管等相关站所抽调精干力量，组成抗旱保苗农资监管小组，加大对全镇农资市场、超市的监管力度，关注抗旱农资价格涨幅，严厉查处哄抬物价行为，保障抗旱物资市场平稳。
