今年3月份，我院考勤工作较以往有较大进步，绝大多数干警重视考勤工作，迟到现象大幅减少，事假、病假基本都能按规定程序审批，旷工现象已完全杜绝，为我院各项工作的顺利开展打下了良好的基础。但是考勤工作依然存在一些不容忽视的情况和问题，仍有个别同志对考勤制度认识不足，迟到、早退、下午脱岗等现象还时有发生。现将有关问题通报如下：
　　一、今年3月份，全院共迟到人数4人(次)，涉及执行局1人次、审监庭1人次、行政庭2人次等三个部门。
　　二、3月份纪检监察部门通过不定时检查全院在岗情况8次，多数部门的人员都能在职在岗。在岗在位比较好的部门为刑庭、立案庭、史庄法庭和城郊法庭。
　　三、每天早上的班前点名，少数干警总是在做广播操时匆匆赶来，不能提前到位、不能准时参加做操，有应付点名的倾向，甚至个别同志点过名后就走，自行离院，不知去向，不能坚守工作岗位。
　　四、早操时，少数同志做操极不认真，存在支差应付现象。
　　五、请假制度执行得不好。有的部门负责人对请假把关不严，少数同志请假时间短未履行书面审批手续，有的请假次数多，有的甚至说假话，编瞎话，欺上瞒下，在请假上有弄虚作假行为。
　　希望存在上述问题的部门和个人要引以为戒，认真总结经验，向好的部门学习，进一步强化组织纪律观念，不断改进工作作风，避免类似问题再次发生。
