　　1.农业标准化生产技术不规范。随着时代的进步，科技的发展，农产品质量安全要求的提高，原有的种植技术和模式已经不适应现代农业要求，标准化栽培技术存在不规范问题。
　　2.农产品质量安全认证数量不足。法库县耕地面积217万亩，这两年农产品质量认证数量不多，需要加大宣传和扶持力度，提高认证数量。
　　3.农产品农残检测数量不足。按照国家创建食品安全示范城市、中办国办《地方党政领导干部食品安全责任制规定》要求，农残检测数量不能低于千分之二，沈阳市是千分之六，我们还有差距。
　　4.钉钉子精神发扬不好。遇到工作任务多的时候，安排的事情不能紧盯不放，容易忘记，需要发扬钉子精神。
　　5.干工作，谋策略，容易主观臆断。由于自己政治思想限制，干工作、谋计划自己思考的多，征求群众意见少，需要得到改正。
　　6.学政治、学业务不够，业务能力需要提高。自己的学政治、学业务随意性大，缺乏长期坚持的计划和执行力，学习深度也不够，需要加强。
　　7.有时工作不够深入，不够投入。年龄原因，遇到困难，不能坚持克服，工作不能全心投入。
　　8.农产品安全知识不能与时俱进。农产品质量安全标准不断更新，农药使用名单经常更新，需要实时更新专业知识，自己有不足。
　　9.农民专业合作社生产记录不完整。下乡检查发现的问题，原因就是农业行政执法改革滞后，农产品质量安全检查、处罚跟不上。
　　10.下基层少，工作安排多，检查不够。多忙于工作材料，列计划、做方案多，下乡时间少。
　　11.有机食品、绿色食品认证面积增长缓慢。全县绿色食品、有机食品认证数量增长幅度小，认证面积也增长缓慢，需要通过增加数量，提高面积。
