尊敬的各位领导，同志们：
    今天，在这里首先感谢各位领导给我这个机会，让我能够站在这里演讲，我今天演讲的题目是《平凡的岗位让我感受快乐》。
    作为护士，我记得曾经有位朋友问我：“世界上谁的手最美”？我自豪地回答：“是我们护士的手”。有人说，在这个世界上，有多少不同的职业，就有多少不同的手：农民兄弟的手，是呼风唤雨的手，像地图一样刻满了大地的渠道、丰收的田畴；而我们护土的双手，就是美丽的白鸽，为减轻患者的痛苦、保证患者的舒适与安全，时时刻刻做到轻、准、稳，盛满着人间的情意、生命的温柔……
    作为护士，我们的岗位是平凡的，但是我们的责任是重大的，记得我们病区曾经收治过一位老奶奶，由于长期食用不熟的羊肉，导致自己得了肝包虫病，住院后，家中没人照顾，自己的生活问题解决不了，有时大便无法排除，在病床前很多人都捂着鼻子才能经过，看着老奶奶的痛苦表情，我们的护士姐妹没有在困难面前退却，帮助老奶奶用手一点一点，抠出了干结的大便。老奶奶走的时候，握住我的手说，闺女，你的这双手是我见过的最美丽的手，那一刻，我泪流满面，幸福洋溢在我的周围。
    护士的岗位同样要所承受不理解，2011年，记得一位精神失常的病人住院后，所有人都不敢靠近他，但是，这样，对于他的病情缓解没有一点效果，作为护士，我看在眼里，急在心上，我知道自己的岗位决定了自己的责任，毅然而然，我慢慢的向他靠近，他无助的眼神让我的心被深深的刺痛了，是的，病人也需要沟通，当我把手伸向他时，在迟疑了几秒钟后，渐渐的和我的手握在了一起，看着周围人投来的羡慕眼光，我知道，我的手是我与病人沟通的一道桥梁。
    作为一名护士，我们就像我们的手一样平凡普通，但是我们要感谢我们的职业，是她让我们知道如何平等、善良、真诚地对待每一个生命，是她让我们理解了活着就是一种美丽！是她让我们懂得了如何珍爱生命。也是她让我们在护士这个平凡的岗位上，赢得了病人尊重，让我们的青春在白衣下焕发出绚丽的光彩。
