xxx政府、各位领导：
　　一、申请人：我们是xxxx（乡、镇、村）的xx公司，法人代表xxx 。
　　二、申请事项：关于xx公司木炭生产已选新址准备新建炭窑事宜。
　　三、申请理由：xx公司按环境法规定及政府提出的有关要求，我公司原有的70多座因不符合环保要求的炭窑已全部拆除。为继续生产，公司严格按政府提出的要求，进行了重新选址，新址现已确定，在xx乡xx山庄闲置场地，占地约1500平方米，拟建炭窑100座，全部使用15米高环保型烟筒。场地远离公路1500米、居民区下风处2000米，新建炭窑周围无居民住家。

    1、新选地址，已做了长远考虑，符合环境要求和政府的有关规定。
    2、新炭窑建成生产后，一定加强管理，杜绝有害环保的问题发生，建成生产后，请政府派人进行检查。
　　五、希望：由于我公司是福利企业，有许多人是残疾职工，生活较为困难，期待政府对公司的申请报告尽快给予批复，以利公司能早日建成新炭窑，投入生产，解决职工生活的后顾之忧。
