为贯彻落实县委、县政府关于创建县域内鲜活农产品绿色通道的文件精神，确保鲜活农产品运输车辆高效、快捷的通行，结合我县实际，我局认真开展保障绿色通道畅通工作，现将相关工作情况说明如下：

一是统一思想，提高认识。首先从提高各基层负责人认识入手，组织广大干部职工学习县委县政府关于创建县域内鲜活农产品绿色通道的文件精神，确保学习到位，认识到位。

二是落实到位。在执法过程中，严格落实国家“绿色通道”相关政策，对鲜活农产品运输车辆做到不查、不扣、不罚；同时简化农产品运输车辆审批程序，对农产品运输的车辆需办理营运手续的优先办理，只要符合从业条件，做到随到随办。在发生交通堵塞或其他突发情况时，积极进行疏通协调，优先保证运送蔬菜及其它鲜活物品的车辆通过。

三是严格作风纪律。通过完善制度，达到运管队伍作风优良、纪律严明、执法规范、文明礼貌。

四是督查到位。对落实上级文件精神到位情况，局领导亲自检查，对严重违反规定的严肃处理，决不姑息迁就。
