尊敬的校领导：
　　你们好！
　　我是2011级**专业学生***，在近两年的大学生活中，我处处按照优秀大学生的标准严格要求自己，端正思想，努力学习，积极参加学校的各类实践活动。对比《**学校大学生奖学金管理办法》，自己认为符合奖学金申请条件，特向学校申请奖学金。为便于学校领导对我条件的审核，现将自己在学习、生活中的表现向领导做以汇报。
　　在思想政治方面。努力学习党的各项方针政策，学习科学发展观，关心时事政治。2011年10月向党组织递交了入党申请书，并参加了党校培训，以优异的成绩结束党校学习。2012年4月，被校马列学研会评为优秀会员。
　　在学习方面。以往各学期平均成绩在80分以上，无不及格科目。英语通过国家四级考试，计算机顺利通过国家二级考试。
　　社会实践方面。作为一名学生干部，积极参加学校组织的各项活动，在2011年学院组织的“大学生文明修身”演讲赛中获一等奖，在2012年3月份学校组织的大学生辩论赛中我专业获二等奖，我也作为二辩参加。此外，还多次参加各项校外的实践活动。
　　现在，对照《**学校奖学金管理办法》，我认为自己符合申请奖学金条件，特向学校提出申请。如果校领导认为我条件还不够完备，我将继续努力，争取早日达到要求。
