各位领导，同志们：
    **司法所今天成立了，在此，我谨代表**管委会向司法所的成立表示热烈的祝贺！
    基层司法工作承担着向人民群众提供法律服务和法制教育等重要任务，承担着推进基层依法治理、加强社会主义法制建设的重要使命，在维护基层社会稳定中发挥着不可替代的作用。
    近几年来，**街道司法所在上级司法部门的关心、指导下，不断开拓进取，在化解社会矛盾，建设“平安**”工作中作出了重要贡献，成绩的取得有目共睹。但随着**开发建设进度不断加快，各类社会矛盾和不稳定因素层出不穷，原有的街道司法管理体制已经不能适应新形势的要求，成立**司法所，进一步发挥司法行政职能作用，势在必行。
    希望**司法所的全体同志以今天的成立仪式为契机，以对党和人民高度负责的工作态度，牢记肩负的职责使命，不断创新工作模式，狠抓队伍建设，为维护新城社会的长治久安，构建平安、和谐**作出更大的贡献。**管委会也将和市司法局一起，一如既往地关心支持**司法所的工作，帮助解决工作中存在的实际问题，为司法所依法履行职责创造良好的工作和社会环境。
