尊敬的各位领导、工友们、同志们：
    在全党全国掀起学习贯彻党的十八大精神热潮，我公司持续迅猛发展进入新的历史发展时期的时刻，我们迎来了XX公司成立30周年。此时此刻，公司上下心潮澎湃，豪情满怀。我们为XX公司30年走过的不平凡道路而骄傲，为我们的公司历经磨难而不衰、薪火相传永向前而欢呼，为历代职工含辛茹苦、奋力拼搏创造的辉煌业绩而放歌。
    为了庆祝我公司成立30周年，公司工会、团委联合举办了这场文艺演出，其目的就是，通过讴歌30年来创造了非凡业绩的几代职工和艺术再现公司全体职工奋力拼搏、无私奉献、创造财富、创造生活的光辉历程，激发全体员工爱企爱岗、敬业奉献的热情，为我公司新一轮大发展、大跨越、大提高打下坚实的思想基础。
    今天的演出，主要节目都是我们自己创作的，它来源于丰富的一线生活，产生于火热的劳动过程，说的唱的演的全是咱们熟悉的人、熟悉的事，不仅真实感人，而且催人奋进。参加今天演出的近百名演员全是本公司的员工，而且绝大多数是日夜奋战在生产一线的兄弟姐妹们，他们当中，有的是父子同台演出，有的是姐妹共同登场。所有演职人员都有一个共同的心声，那就是，我们是企业的主人，是在自己的舞台上为自己的工友们演出，不仅要用力，更要用心，一定要唱出我们的心声，唱出我们的豪迈，唱出我们的气势，唱出我们的风采！
    当然，我们也清楚地知道，尽管大家决心很大，拼搏精神也很强，但我们的演员毕竟不是专业演员，我们的职工毕竟不是艺术家，我们的节目自然不敢和专业团队相比。但是我们敢说，我们用力、用心、用情、用爱献上的这份文化大餐一定会使工友们喜欢，一定会给全体职工留下深刻印象，一定会在我公司企业文化建设史上产生深远影响！
    最后，祝今天的演出圆满成功，祝我们的XX公司越做越大越做越强，祝我们的员工越来越富裕，生活越来越美好。
