    根据国家保密局对领导干部、涉密人员社会信息化保密知识和技能应知应会的相关要求和有关保密规定，现将“十不得”的保密要求告知如下：
    1、不得将涉密计算机连接互联网或其他公共信息网；
    2、不得在非涉密计算机尤其是在连接互联网或其他公共信息网的计算机上存储、处理涉密信息和使用涉密移动存储介质；
    3、不得在涉密计算机上使用无线键盘、无线鼠标、无线网卡等无线设备；
    4、不得在涉密与非涉密计算机之间交叉使用移动存储介质，或者在未采取防护措施的情况下将互联网上的资料下载拷贝到涉密计算机上；
    5、不得在网站、网页上公开发布未经保密审查的信息；
    6、不得将手机带入重要涉密场所或通过手机等通信工具谈论国家秘密事项、发送涉密短信；
    7、不得使用普通传真机或多功能一体机传输、处理涉密信息，或者将处理过涉密信息的多功能一体机接入普通电话网及其他公共信息网；
    8、不得将涉密计算机、涉密移动存储介质交由无关人员使用和保管，或者在涉密计算机上安装、拷贝来历不明的软件和硬件；
    9、不得将淘汰、报废的涉密计算机或涉密移动存储介质作非涉密载体处理；
