　　三年前我就读了这本书，而今天再次阅读，感受有了很大的不同，或许这正是这本书的魅力所在。处于不同阶段会有不一样的读后感，这便是“变化”产生的效果。

　　xx公司正处于整合阶段，整合阶段是我们像是突然发现“奶酪C站”里奶酪突然消失的哼哼和唧唧。“我们为什么要投资”的质问和“谁动了我的奶酪”的叫喊何其相似。不可否认，我们中的部分员工正在忍受着失去奶酪的痛苦和挫折感，这个奶酪或许是以往事业单位的待遇、安逸的工作、部分员工的既得利益……

　　我觉得合资公司初看像是个“迷宫”。因为不可确定而增加了对未来的恐惧，其实我更相信合资公司实质上是“奶酪N站”。但是我们如何从失去奶酪C站到达拥有丰富奶酪的N站？这是摆在我们面前的最大难题。面对这个难题，我们每一个人都有必要扪心自问，是做嗅嗅、匆匆还是哼哼、唧唧？

　　真的想对周围的同事们呼吁：“不要等待和抱怨，做及早醒来的唧唧吧！这是最好的出路。”

　　很欣赏这样一句话：“有勇气改变可以改变的事情，有度量接受不可改变的事情，有智慧来分辨两者的不同。”我们应该有度量接受合资公司这不可改变的事实，我们更要有勇气改变自己的观念来适应合资公司的要求。观念变了，行动才会变。我们若不改变，必将会被淘汰，这不是什么威胁，而是摆在我们眼前的事实。

　　记住“越早放弃旧的奶酪就会越早享用到新的奶酪”。随着公司的变化而变化吧！相信自己与时俱进的努力会有好的回报，相信合资公司会为我们创造出更多的奶酪。让我们摒弃恐惧、快乐出发、迎接挑战、踏上从奶酪C站到奶酪N站的路途吧！
