　　根据我单位实际情况，经党政会议研究决定，聘请xxx同志为xxx单位、公司驾驶员。现本着合法、公平的原则，经双方协商同意，签订合同如下：
　　一、本合同期限从20xx年x月xx日起至20xx年x月xx日止。
　　二、工资待遇：经党政领导研究，确定对受聘请人员给予固定工资xxxx元/月，固定周六周日加班补助xxx元/月。养老保险和医疗保险按照县人力资源和社会保障局政策和标准执行，单位缴纳部分，由财政所统一缴纳。个人缴纳部分年底统一与财政所结账。
　　三、驾驶员必须服从领导，听从安排，忠于职守。每天坚持行车前、行车后的车辆检查、维修和保养，切实做到文明、礼貌行车，确保行车安全。合同期间不能私自毁约。
　　四、驾驶员应严格遵守保密原则，不准私自用车或将车交给他人驾驶，不准违章开车，如造成损失，驾驶员要承担相应责任。
　　五、受聘请人员有下列情况之一者，经用人单位核实后，应立即终止合同：
　　1、严重违反党纪国法；2、以权谋私，严重失职渎职，造成严重后果；3、违反社会公德、道德品质败坏，在群众中造成不良影响；4、无正当理由不服从领导安排的。
　　六、违约责任：甲乙双方任何一方违约，需付给对方违约金xxxx元。
　　七、未尽事宜，经用人单位、受聘请人员协商制定。
　　八、本合同一式肆份，受聘请人员、用人单位、镇党政办、财政所各执一份。
