　　自xx年我司与贵司合作以来，我司始终坚持互惠互利、合作共赢的方式，始终以维护双方利益为根本。这些年，在双方的共同努力下，我们的合作一直非常顺畅而愉快，在此感谢贵司的大力支持和充分信任。

　　近期，我司得知，为确保2016年正式开通运行，地铁八号线xxxx站将于近期开始动工修建，届时xx路xx路将进行封闭施工，势必导致北区仓库无路可进，从而影响仓库的正常运作，影响到我方和贵方的利益。为了避免这种状况的出现，我司事先打算，提前在xx路修建了一条便道，确保地铁站施工期间，车辆能够正常出入仓库，维护仓库的正常运转。为了修建此便道，我司支出了xx万元的施工费用，而且为了确保便道能够直达仓库核心地带，我司还拆除了外围几百平方米的仓库，直接导致仓库规模和收益的降低，这也是无奈之举。

　　对于我公司而言，修便道是为了维护双方的利益，这笔费用属于额外的支出，而且是一笔不小的数目，此外，所修的便道，属于固定建筑，今后可以作为贵方的固定资产。因此，我司觉得便道维护费用应该由我司和贵司共同承担，希望贵司考虑我方的利益，考虑双方长期的良好合作，在资金上予以支持，支付一半的便道建设费用。
