　　2、在租期内，该沙场的一切收益归乙方，与该沙场有关的一切纠纷及责任（与证件相关的责任除外）由乙方承担。
　　3、甲方必须配合乙方办理好该沙场的各种证件，证件办理的费用由甲方承担。
　　4、租期不满整年的，乙方要付足整年的租金。
　　5、如果一方未履行本合同规定的义务，应承担违约责任，违约金为一年租金的10%。
