　　按照省豫新出明电[2013]16号和商扫黄打非办明电[2013]5号通知要求，结合我县实际，开展了中小学校周边出版物集中整治行动。
　　一、健全完善监管机制
　　对城区内所有的中小学校周边方圆500米以内的出版物经营单位，执法人员实行划片管理责任到人，明确了监管责任单位和个人，建立监管台账。监管台账记录了所分管的经营单位名称、地点、经营人身份信息和联系方式、经营范围、巡查记录等内容。
　　二、广泛组织宣传
　　在开展中小学校周边出版物市场集中整治行动中，发放宣传单页3000余份，悬挂宣传横幅5副。并与电视台协调对集中行动进展和成果进行宣传报道，营造了良好的社会舆论氛围。
　　三、集中力量清查市场
　　联合公安、工商、教育等部门对所有的出版物经营单位进行逐一检查联合执法，发现问题从严从重处理实行严管重罚。共出动执法人员60人次，出动执法车辆8辆次，查缴盗版书籍200余册、盗版音像制品123盘、非法出版物76本。取缔无证经营流动摊点一家。
　　此次行动，进一步净化了我县中小学校周边文化市场，为中小生创造了更好的学习环境。
