各社区、街直各单位，宣威交通医院、宣电公司职工医院：
　　为整合辖区卫生医疗资源，确保辖区群众享受及时、便捷、优质、实惠的社区卫生服务。2014年3月21日，宛水街道党工委、办事处召开联席会议，专题研究宛水街道社区卫生服务中心设立工作。现将会议研究决定有关事项通知如下：
　　一、原宛水街道社区卫生服务中心设在宣威交通医院，由于行政区划调整，宣威交通医院现已不在宛水街道行政区划范围内，不再负责宛水街道社区卫生服务工作。
　　二、在宣电公司职工医院加挂宛水街道社区卫生服务中心牌子，由宣电公司职工医院负责做好宛水街道社区卫生服务工作。
　　三、宣电公司职工医院开展的宛水街道社区卫生服务工作在宛水街道办事处的直接领导下进行，在从事社区卫生服务工作中要坚持政府主导、公益性质的基本原则，进一步健全社区卫生服务网络，提高服务质量和服务水平。若出现医患纠纷、医疗事故由宣电公司职工医院全权承担相应责任。
　　四、由宛水街道办事处分管社区卫生服务工作的领导及时与卫生行政主管部门、宣威交通医院、宣电公司职工医院衔接，在卫生行政主管部门的指导下，将宣威交通医院原来承担现仍属宛水街道社区卫生服务的相关工作移交宣电公司职工医院负责，各种档案材料一并移交，确保自2014年第二季度宛水街道社区卫生服务工作在宣电公司职工医院顺利开展。<\/td>"); document.writeln(" <\/tr>"); document.writeln(" <\/table>");
