　　大家上午好！

　　今天我们隆重迎来了“**省首批省级高等职业教育示范性综合实训基地”的授牌仪式。这是**院校与**集团校企合作发展史上又一座新的里程碑。在这样一个庄严时刻，我谨代表**集团的全体员工，对**专科院校升格为**本科院校表示热烈的祝贺！向百忙之中前来参加会议的学院的各位领导、各位老师表示诚挚的欢迎和衷心的感谢！

　　多年来，公司坚持“人才强企”战略，每年从各大高校吸收高级专业人才。为配合公司的人才战略需求，**集团早在**年**月就与贵校合作成立****学院，由学校为公司培养、输送实用性技术人才，充实公司的科研、技术实力。校企合作的序幕由此展开。从此，**集团与**院校实行校企合作交流的机会日益增多，双方合作的深度和广度也得以进一步拓展。

　　此次**集团“**省首批省级高等职业教育示范性综合实训基地”的成功获批，是校企合作取得的重要成果，更是**省教育厅和贵校对我公司支持教育发展的实力，尤其是成立实训基地能力的高度认可。借此契机，**集团定会倍加重视人才培养工作，积极推进产学研紧密结合，注重提高学生的综合素质和专业技能，为毕业生提供一个广阔的实训与就业平台，努力建设成为满足中原区经济发展，创新型与实用型人才培养的示范性企业实训基地。
