　　今年废钢市场持续低迷，钢铁行业遇到前所未有的困难。公司所有干部、员工要充分认清形势，同舟共济，克服苦难，团结拼搏，严格管理，努力工作。经董事会研究，就公司目前相关问题，通知如下：
　　一、改善服务态度，增强工作责任，提高自身素质，提升公司形象。
　　要本着“客户至上”的服务观念，要坚决克服“门难进、脸难看、话难听、事难办”等不良恶习；对客户要“不刁难、不冲撞、不辱骂，要讲文明、讲礼貌”。对客户打级、定价要公平公正，严禁徇私舞弊，对驾驶员进出库要及时引导，对送货车辆要及时卸货，及时结算。对客户提出的合理要求，在不损害公司利益前提下，要尽量满足。因员工服务态度问题，造成与客户送货驾驶员产生纠纷冲突的，将按照公司相关规定严肃处理。
　　二、加强货场日常管理，确保经营健康有序。
　　公司在岗责任经理、相关验收管理人员，要亲临进出货加工现场，精心指导，合理安排装卸货，杜绝隐患。特别早上班，装卸货高峰时段，所有在岗的责任经理、相关验收管理人员，要亲临现场，认真负责进行指导、检查督促，确保公司业务经营健康有序开展。否则将按照公司有关规定，追溯相关人员责任。
　　三、不断学习，提升素质，争先创优，努力工作。
　　公司所有干部、员工要不断学习，提升个人素质，提高自身的办事能力和效力。上班的每一天，对公司的每一项工作，要做到认真、尽力、周全、创新，注重每个细节，尽善尽美，善始善终，争先创优，努力工作。
