尊敬的校领导，老师，同学们：

　　首先，感谢校领导、老师和学校干部给我们提供了一个锻炼自我的平台、展现自我的舞台。
　　我是来自x年（x）班的xxx，我竞选的职位是组织部部长。
　　戴尔·卡尔基说：“不要怕推销自己，只要你认为自己有才华，你就应该认为自己有资格担任这个或那个职务。”我有信心干好这份工作，也有决心成为老师的好助手。
　　也许等我真的梦想成真，可能干不好什么事情，但是，只要你给我机会、给我时间，我坚信我能成长为一名优秀的组织者。当我走上组织部部长的岗位，我将全心全意为学校服务，让我们的学校更加灿烂；全心全意为老师服务，让我们的老师少操心；全心全意为为同学服务，让我们的初中生涯更加辉煌，值得追忆！
　　今天站在这里，我并不是为了竞争一个职位，而是在争取一个为学校、为老师、为同学服务的机会。希望大家能支持我、鼓励我，给我一次机会，让我给大家一份竭诚的服务。
　　每一次竞选都是一场挑战，但我并不畏惧，真的勇士将直面人生的每一次挑战。而且挑战永远与机遇并存，即使最后，我没有成功，我也不会伤心失落。因为，我曾经为组织部部长的岗位努力过、争取过，它将是我人生中一道亮丽的风景线。如果连努力也没有过，那才会使我抱憾终生。
