市“六个走在前列”重大项目协调办公室：
　　根据我市今年重大商务项目建设情况，拟安排****县人民政府在全市“六个走在前列”重大项目讲评会议上作表态发言，理由如下：
　　****县的****农产品物流中心项目是2013年****市级重大项目、****市现代服务业综合试点龙头项目。今年以来，该项目受国土、规划、拆迁等问题的影响，进展较为缓慢。****市现代服务业综合试点领导小组办公室已在8月初对****县人民政府下发了解决该项目相关问题的交办函，虽****县人民政府为解决项目问题做了大量的工作，部分问题已得到解决，但仍存在一些问题，主要包括一是项目范围内还有27栋房屋未完成拆迁，109亩配套用地还有部分苗园未完成搬迁；二是项目二期400亩用地的调整报批工作未完成，项目用地无法进行摘牌等相关工作；三是项目用地外围的基础设施还不完善，应尽快完善黄兴镇市场群四周的水、电、气以及交通网络的建设；四是黄江公路标高和地下管网尚未确定，无法开展项目土方招标工作。请****县人民政府高度重视，尽快拿出一套切实可行的解决方案，切实推进项目的建设。
