　　郧西县私营家俱店老板张昌盛又重新换了一块又大醒目的店牌——“诚信家具城”。知情人说，这已经是张木匠第三次改换门面牌了。

　　张木匠名叫张昌盛，20世纪80年代初，农村实行家庭联产承包责任制，他从木器厂独立出来干起了个体，店铺取名“木器加工厂”。到90年代，他家的固定资产已有15万余元，年上缴国家税收5600元，从2000年至今，14年间共上缴税收78000元，这时，家人提出要更换一块大的门面牌，把店名改为“昌盛家俱店”。

　　近几年，私营经济发展迅速，新潮家具逐渐占领了市场，大大小小的家具城经营规模都超过了老张家。由于老张的经营观念落后，出售的家具品种单一，生意十分不景气。

　　看到小店的生意一天不如一天，老张心里起了急，打起逃税的主意。他采取少记销售收入的方法偷逃税款，结果被国税部门查出来，不仅补缴了所偷的税款，还被罚款好几千元。
