****工会：
　　值此****企业工会成立10周年之际，谨向****企业工会表示热烈的祝贺，向一直以来重视、支持、关心****工会工作的各级领导、主管，各位代表和广大职工表示衷心感谢！
　　****企业工会自****年**月**日成立以来，坚持围绕中心、服务大局，认真履行工会职能，充分发挥自身优势，在维护职工权益，开展职工关爱，提高职工素质，构建和谐关系等方面，发挥了积极作用，工会的吸引力、凝聚力、感召力不断增强，为促进集团工会事业发展作出了重要贡献。
　　企业和谐拓疆战略大力推动实施，既是难得的机遇，也是巨大的挑战。个人进步，组织发展，要始终坚持“为职工服务、促企业发展”的工作重心，紧紧围绕建设“学习型、责任型、创新型、实干型、自律型”组织的目标。对此提出几点期望：
　　一是坚持“高”。在思想、理念上，起点要高，站位要准，善于抢抓机遇，勇于争上游、创一流；
　　二是立足“干”。在行动、作风上，脚踏实地，真抓实干，齐心协力谋发展、求进步；
　　三是追求“好”。在目标、方向上，统筹协调，服务全局，创造平等机会，共享发展成果；
　　四是突出“新”。在方式、方法上，创新思维，开拓思路，结合新生代产业工人需求，求新求变。
