1．每日检查盐桶中的盐量，保证其总量在半桶左右，用盐为不加碘的大粒盐。
2．盐桶中的总水量应为100L（其中盐层内存水量约为盐层体积的三分之一）。实际水量与此明显不一致，应重新设定回注水时间（设定方法见用户手册）。
3．再生过程中，软水出口不出水，时间约为90-110分钟，此时间若用户使用软水，应保证足够的软水储备。
4．再生包括反洗，吸盐、慢洗（此时盐桶中内盐水应被吸光），回注水（盐水自动回到原水量），正洗共四个步骤。再生时，废水管应流水，正洗结束时检测废水管出水应合格。
5．最初使用一个月内，在即将到达预定周期产水的吨位时，应多次检验软水是否合格，若合格，可逐步加大周期产水量的设定值，若不合格，可逐步减少周期产水量的设定值（设定方法见用户手册）。
6．软水设备进水阀应常开，出水阀根据用水情况开闭；出水阀关闭时，压力表指示应在0.1Mpa-0.5Mpa之间，压力低于0.1Mpa，应加增压泵，高于0.6Mpa应加减压阀。
7．每日应检测软水2-3次。
8．原水中含砂等赃物多时，必须采取措施预先去除。
9．软水设备应注意防冻；不可过热水；控制阀及变压器要注意防水；现场灰尘太大，应将控制阀用塑料袋罩住；控制阀的控制温度不高于45℃。
