各位领导：
　　这次创建，食药监局承担着**家饭店、药店、食品商店的创建任务，其中小餐饮、小作坊等“三小”业户**家。经过排查，普遍存在着证照不全、卫生脏乱差、管理不规范等问题，与复审标准差距很大，任务十分艰巨。
　　创卫以来，我们坚决贯彻市委要求，采取有效措施，集中攻坚。
　　一是全员参与，进驻一线。抽调**名工作人员、18辆执法车，迅速进驻**个网格的一线，明确任务职责，全面展开问题排查。
　　二是托清底数，突出重点。
　　截至目前，彻底托清了各网格食品药品业户底数和存在的问题，明确了整改任务。坚持突出重点，边查边改。
　　对车站、医院、学校周边、小餐饮群等重点区域，重点攻关，精心打造，率先突破。
　　三是措施有效，强力推进。
　　1、加强培训，培养创卫“明白人”。一是对本局人员进行集中培训，培养明明白白的创卫“指导员”；二是对村居（社区）协管员、志愿者分批培训，培养创卫的“技术员”；三是对各类业户，采取多种方式指导培训，培养创卫“操作员”。
　　2、分类推进，提高时效。对不同条件的业户，分类采取“许可、备案、登记”三种方式，简化手续，加快办证。目前创城区域食品药品持证率已经达到85%。
　　3、强化宣传，营造氛围。加紧印制了“文明用餐”宣传画、食品药品公示牌、各类告知书、明白纸3万余张，发放张贴到每一个创城业户。
　　4、敢于碰硬，强力攻坚。工作人员在创卫中，坚持原则，坚持标准，大胆执法，严查重处，全力推进创卫工作。
　　下一步，我们将进一步加大措施，坚决完成承担的创建任务。
