纪检委：
　　为了打击国家公职人员不作为乱作为行为，揭发其玩忽职守的恶略行迹，纯洁我们党员干部队伍，提升党在人民心目中的形象和威望，现将我所了解的xxx等人渎职事实，举报如下：

　　我检举的问题有三个：一是xxx作为公路局路网管理科科长对下属管理非常松散，对下属违反工作纪律的行为不管不顾，严重违反了领导干部对下属的管理职责；二是作为国家干部极度崇尚封建迷信，违背科学理论，缺失崇高的理想信念，党性修养不足，对社会造成不良影响；三是公路局路网管理科公职人员“吃空饷”和不作为问题严重，把工作的地方当做“旅店”和“食堂”，将本职工作抛在身后。
　　事实与理由：
　　1.公路局路网管理科科长xxx对工作严重失职、疏于监管。作为一名领导干部，他的职责所在就是贯彻执行国家和党有关管理的法律、法规和政策，从严管理自己的部门工作和本部门人员，而他却在工作期间对于所辖范围内的下属疏于监督管理，没有很好的履行管理职责，对下属的迟到早退、上班时间干与工作无关的事，往往就是坐视不管。
　　2.xxx作为国家领导干部大搞封建迷信活动，崇尚封建迷信，研究风水学，同时存在严重的形式主义，工作中求神问卦,看风水，就连办公桌的摆放也要看看风水，兴师动众，来回折腾，封建迷信之风较为浓厚。
　　3.而作为公路局路网管理科的国家工作人员自由散漫，存在“吃空饷”和不作为、慢作为问题，每天迟到早退，每天上午11点左右上班，然后开始吃午饭，吃完午饭继续睡觉，睡觉到下午三点多起来，四点开始打球，五点半下班回家，其中还有一名干部没到退休年龄，便整日无所事事，什么工作也不干，严重违反了国家工作人员工作的相关规定和条例。
　　以上举报句句属实，期望领导重视并介入处理，强烈要求尽快剔除干部队伍中的害群之马，消除恶劣影响，重新树立党和政府在群众中的正派形象！
