同志们：
　　今天，我受xx书记和xx市长委托，代表xx市委、市政府和 445万xx人民来看望大家，你们辛苦了！借此机会，我讲三句话：
　　第一句话，要勇挑重担。强军才能打胜仗。预备役部队担负着“平时服务、急时应急、战时应战”的任务，责任重大，使命光荣。近一个月来，步兵第三团全体驻训官兵战高温、斗酷暑，不畏艰难、刻苦训练，体现了崇高的思想觉悟，展示了优良的军政素质。这次基础训练考核任务标准高、要求严、难度大，但也为我们全面展示团队精神风貌提供了有力契机。参加训练的三团驻训官兵，代表着广大xx部队官兵的形象，代表着xx人民的形象，希望大家切实增强责任感、使命感，继续发扬人民军队特别能吃苦、特别能战斗的作风，按照实战要求，高标准、高质量地完成驻训任务，全面提高部队遂行多样化军事任务能力。
　　第二句话，要刻苦训练。“当兵不习武不算尽义务，武艺练不精不算合格兵”。军事训练是部队的中心工作，也是加强战斗力建设的基本实践活动。全体参训官兵都要按照习主席“能打仗、打胜仗”的要求，大力弘扬“掉皮掉肉不掉队，流血流汗不流泪”的革命英雄主义精神，以饱满的热情、昂扬的斗志积极投身练兵实践。要科学训练，按照“先训后考、普训精比、从严施考”的方针，合理安排训练时间和强度，按照考核项目、操作规程以及参考人员的身体素质情况，认真研究，精心筹划，优化组合，全面准备，力争取得优异成绩。
　　第三句话，要勇争第一。“沧海横流方显英雄本色，比武夺魁更显男儿风流”。接下来的任务还很艰巨，希望你们继续发扬我军“一不怕苦、二不怕死”的战斗精神，争当模范士兵，争当训练标兵，争当比武尖兵，实练、巧练加苦练，在考核中“夺第一、扛红旗”，不辜负预备役师党委、首长的重托，不辜负市委、市政府和全市人民的殷切希望。市委、市政府将努力为大家提供良好的训练和生活环境，支持部队圆满完成各项训练任务，对训练成绩突出的要表彰奖励，对考核立功人员要积极向有关单位推荐，在就业用工上优先安置。
