铁塔平衡的价值

　　刚实习的时候听师傅常说：铁塔假设的平衡不到，电能才会源源不断的输送，铁塔才会有价值。
　　一滴泉水，若没有重量。就不会从石崖上坠落。水滴石穿，诠释“坚持”这个哲理。
　　一粒种子，若没有重量，就不会沉落泥土，生根发芽，结出累累的硕果。
　　那么，铁塔平衡的价值在哪里呢？
　　它宽大亮丽么？不是，因为铁塔的价值与其本身的亮丽无关。它的体貌不能像一块美玉，它绝非是只有光洁的石面，而是拥有坚强的内心，一种坚韧不拔的完成输电使命的意志。
　　它腰缠万贯？官居一品？也不是，因为铁塔平衡的价值与财富、权力无关，就像麦粒的大小与麦芒无关。铁塔就像一支蜡烛与捻的斤两，燃烧自己照亮他人的光芒。
　　静下心来细细想想，其实这铁塔最负有价值的地方，莫过于它有一颗无私的“心”，夜以继日，值守终生，直到将自己的生命耗尽。可见，我们所从事电力的工作与铁塔平衡的价值是一样的，其意义就在于无私，无私就是没有私心，衷心于企业、热爱自己从事的那份工作。
　　其实，人生的幸福都蕴藏在无私中，中国的先贤圣哲不是早就告诉我们“心底无私天地宽”吗？
　　无私是伟大的，一切自私的行为在它的面前都会无地自容地退缩。
　　无私是纯洁的，能化解冰冻的心灵，让整个世界充满爱。人这一生与其用哲学去解释，还不如用生活去实践。人生之路只要用心走过，生命中就会留下清晰的痕迹。而正直的足迹以深刻为美。
